Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, prevailing wage, applicable sales tax, shipping and personnel to provide the DSH with Automatic Door Operators Maintenance and Repairs. Contractor shall perform quarterly and annual preventive maintenance and, as needed incidental and emergency door operator service and repairs, on six (6) automatic doors consisting of two (2) slide operation and four (4) swing operation. 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 3, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. 3. DSH-Atascadero uses Horton and Brookfield brand operators. Bidders must provide and install Horton and Brookfield brand parts and have experience servicing/maintaining Horton and Brookfield brand operators. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be January 15, 2025, through January 14, 2028. Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS), if such approval is required. Performance shall start no later than on the expressed date set by the awarding agency and after all approvals have been obtained and the agreement is fully executed. The DSH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel a proposed award to a bidder who does not submit the required documentation described herein.
