As of December 20, 2024. Project was awarded to MR GREEN JEANS INSULATION LLC, but no awarded amount is available. This solicitation is for the Removal and Replacement of Insulation in a Pavilion for the Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) located at Bridge City Center for Youth, 3225 River Road Bridge City, Louisiana 70094. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165. A. (1), a Contractors' License Number in the appropriate classification(s) such as Building Construction, and/ or Roofing and Sheet Metal, Siding, and/ or Insulation must appear on the bid opening envelope on all projects in the amount of $50,000.00 or more (and $1.00 or more if hazardous materials are involved). Failure to do so shall eliminate your bid from consideration. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation.
