Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bridge City, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of removal of existing modified bitumen roof systems down to lightweight insulating concrete deck and replace with new modified bitumen roof membrane system. Replace existing metal P.E M B roof and wall panels with new standing seam metal panel roof and new corrugated metal wall panels. Remove all damaged P.E.M.B. eave struts with new eave struts. Replace all existing metal gutters and downspouts. Replace all wall mounted exhaust fans. Each Bid must be accompanied by an electronic bid surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, and payable without condition to the owner. Vendors must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic bid solicitation on Central Auction House. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission.
