Site work for a water / sewer project in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following: The Project consists of the installation of a Cured-In-Place liner into approximately 6,050 linear feet of 8- inch sanitary sewer pipe. The Project also calls for one (1) 8-inch mainline point repair at a service connection, approximately 72 Cured-In-Place lateral repairs, and one open cut lateral. Lastly, there are approximately 215 vertical feet of manhole lining with a polymer or epoxy-based liner and approximately 5 manhole frame and cover replacements. The scope of the project will include all necessary labor, tools, and equipment required to complete the jobs according to the specifications. The Project has an expected duration of 180 calendar days for substantial completion, and 210 calendar days for final completion. Question Deadline 10/30/2024 at 2:00 PM CT RFI s will only be accepted in writing to vwilhite@lja.com RFI s will be answered by November 1, 2024, 2:00 PM local time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and to re-advertise. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
