If the proposal is accepted and the bidder is declared "not responsive," it is hereby agreed that the amount of the proposal guaranty will become the property of the State of Illinois and shall be considered as payment of damages due to the delay and other causes suffered by the State because of the failure to adhere to the procedures required. IL DOT - 127 - Sidewalk Improvements This improvement is located at the following locations listed below: 1. South Railroad Street. between 5th Street and N. Mitchell Street. 2. N. Mitchell Street between South Railroad Street and IL Route 129. 3. S. Mitchell Street between IL Rout 53. and Southern Terminus. 4. E. Main Street between N. Mitchell Street. and IL Route 129. 5. E. Main Street between IL Route 53 and End of Street All located in the Village of Braceville, Grundy County, Illinois. The gross and net length of the project is 6,208.20 feet (1.18 miles) DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The work consists of sidewalk removal, earth excavation, subbase granular material, Portland cement concrete sidewalk, seeding, and traffic control and protection.
