Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Joseph Perez Procurement Specialist Email: joseph.perez@dncr.nc.gov Phone: 919-814-6733 Question Deadline 10/15/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Provide Response to Questions State October 18, 2024 by 5:00 PM ET The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (hereinafter "Department"), on behalf of North Carolina State Historic Sites, is seeking to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide landscaping services at the site of the Historic Halifax Courthouse, located at 10 King St. in Halifax, NC, 27839. The work to be performed will consist of clearing the turf and other flora to establish a stone pad that will outline the footprint of the original courthouse, constructed in the 1760s, which once stood on the site. A compacted grey gravel walkway will also need to be placed to lead visitors to the stone pad detailing the site of the Courthouse. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. The Contract shall have a term of one-hundred and twenty (120) days, beginning on the date of final Contract execution. The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within twenty (20) business days of the Effective Date. The State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.
