Halifax County announces its intent to secure the services of a qualified architectural and engineering firm to design and construct a new Halifax County Detention Center. Firms must have proven experience in correctional facility construction and the ability to meet all local, state, and federal requirements. Small, female-owned, and minority firms are encouraged to submit their qualifications. Halifax County is an equal-opportunity employer and service provider. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
