The Salem WWTF Phase 2A Improvements project shall include, but not be limited to: improvements to the Influent Pumps station; establishment of a new chemical feed process for phosphorus removal; replacement of existing oxidation ditch aeration equipment; upgrades to the Intermediate Pump Station; expansion of UV disinfection capacity to afford disinfection of wet weather treatment train flows; modifications to the existing sludge re ed beds; electrical improvements; miscellaneous site and process piping improvements. Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid.
