Question Submission Deadline: October 16, 2024, 4:30pm Question Response Deadline: October 18, 2024, 4:30pm The invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified candidates to provide Portland Cement Concrete materials. If Bid Security is required, bids must be accompanied by an original certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as ''Bid Security'') issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid submitted 3. DELIVERY OF MATERIAL The PCC Material shall be delivered to ACHD's job site in an approved Drum Mixer Truck. Drum Mixer Trucks will be equipped with means by which the number of revolutions of the drum may be readily verified. These Drum Mixer Trucks shall have a manufacturer plate that states the drum volume and the speed of rotation of the drum. Job site locations may be any location within Ada County, Idaho. ACHD will not accept "Site Mix" trucks.
