Commercial Sanitation Collection Services Contract Each Bidder Shall Deposit With His Bid a Certified Check, Cash or Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of His Total Bid. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Execute the Form of Contract and Furnish the Required Liability Insurance Within Ten (10) Days After Notice of Award, the Bid Check, Bond or Cash Will Be Forfeited to the Village of Larchmont as Liquidated Damages. Checks, Bonds or Cash of Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Held Until the Contract is Fully Executed or All Bids Rejected. The Village of Larchmont Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, or to Waive Any Informality in the Proposal, as Deemed Advisable in the Interest of the Village.
