Grand Ledge High School AV Upgrades Project Location: 820 Spring St, Grand Ledge, MI 48837 A. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. 1. Installation is expected to commence on or around June 1, 2025 and complete by July 30, 2025. Bidders must have a local business presence (within 250 miles of the project site) for long-term service and support of the systems. B. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Costs for these items shall be clearly identified on the bid form. 1. A Bid Bond, in an amount not less than 5% of the Bid amount, in a form acceptable to the Owner will be required of all bids. 2. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. 3. Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
