Plans call for interior renovations at Lincoln and Wesley Elementary Schools. Lincoln Elementary School 720 N. Lincoln Avenue, Addison IL 60101 Wesley Elementary School 1111 W. Westwood Trail, Addison IL 60101 The scope of work at Lincoln Elementary School includes a complete replacement of the building's mechanical system, partial replacement of ceilings and lighting, a fire alarm system upgrade, and selective minor interior renovation work. Lincoln School: a. Building-wide mechanical systems replacement. b. Ceilings and electrical lighting replacement and other improvements. The scope of work at Wesley Elementary School includes a partial replacement of the building's mechanical system including ceilings and lighting, a fire alarm system upgrade, and selective interior renovation work to the Library, Main Office, and Gymnasium. Wesley School: a. Partial mechanical systems replacement. b. Partial ceiling and electrical lighting replacement and other improvements. c. Interior renovations to the library, main office and gymnasium. Work is scheduled to begin in May 2025 and be completed in August 2025. Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of 11-1-2024.
