Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Airy, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, earthwork and mass grading, storm drain structures and pipe, construction of park roads and parking lots, site furnishings, signage, fencing, gates, athletic courts and landscaping. Site work shall be unclassified. A fully functioning temporary construction trailer shall be installed prior to the start of construction. Frederick County will obtain the grading permit for the project. It shall be the responsibility of the successful contractor to obtain all other applicable permits.
