Site work and paving for a civil project in Mount Airy, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Mount Airy is soliciting for the construction of a Traffic Circle on South Main Street. This project consists of excavation, fill, utilities, concrete, paving, retaining walls, signage, traffic controls, etc, related to the construction of a two-lane roundabout. All questions must be submitted to the Town Engineer by 12:00noon local time, Wednesday April 23rd. The Town of Mount Airy hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid, and to accept the Bid which, in the judgment of the Owner, is to its best interest. Document Note: Bids from prospective bidders who have not obtained these documents from one of these places will not be accepted. Inquiries concerning the scope and bidding documents or other technical questions shall be directed to the Town Engineer at 301-829-1424.
