Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the remodel of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project generally involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the North Basin Restroom and Laundry Remodel at Cap Sante Marina in Anacortes, Washington as detailed in the project drawings and specifications. The Project generally consists of, but is not limited to: implementation of temporary site controls, traffic/pedestrian controls, temporary erosion and sediment controls, and water pollution prevention; demolition of existing building components as identified; reconstruction of flooring, walls, and roofing; construction of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; installation of interior finishes; installation of communications, access controls, and electronic security; installation of equipment and furnishings; and other construction work and appurtenances as more fully defined in the Contract Documents (the "Work"). All questions regarding the project Specifications or Scope of Work are to be submitted by email to the Port's Project Manager, Jenkins Dossen, jenkins.dossen@portofanacortes.com with the subject line referencing "Bid Inquiry - North Basin Restroom and Laundry Remodel Project". Every request for such an interpretation shall be in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Port, nine (9) or more days before the date fixed for opening of bids.
