Demolition and site work for a residential development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.

MWBE Goal: 19% A. West Broad Street Chapel, 1245 W. Broad Street (43219). The scope of work includes but not limited to: 1. Demolition and removal of existing structure, basement, foundations and asphalt parking areas. 2. Asbestos abatement per attached report. Disposed of according to federal, state and local guidelines. 3. Capping off existing underground utilities. 4. Removal and recycling of all demolition debris off site. 5. Addition of compactible backfill to be placed in area of foundation removal and add 6” topsoil to grade. Fine grading to match existing grade, and seeding and strawing. 6. General site cleanup per City Representative direction. 7. All trees on site to remain and shall be protected during demolition (see attached tree protection plan). 8. Install temporary 6’ chainlink security fencing around perimeter of demolition. 9. Site restoration including fine grading, seed and straw. Seed mix will be provided by CRPD representative B. Sunbury/Agler House, 2661 Sunbury Road (43222). The scope of work includes but not limited to: 1. Demolition and removal of existing structureand ancillary structures including swimming pool. Remove and dispose of 2 dump trucks and 2 boats. 2. Asbestos abatement per attached report. Disposed of according to federal, state and local guidelines. 3. Abandon 2 wells. 4. Removal and recycling of all demolition debris off site. 5. Addition of compactible backfill to be placed in area of assement and foundation removal add 6” topsoil to grade. Fine grading to match existing grade, and seeding and strawing. 6. General site cleanup per City Representative direction. 7. Fine grading to match existing grade, and seeding and strawing. 5. General site cleanup per City Representative direction. 6. Selective clearing may be required to provide access to structure. All other trees on site to remain and shall be protected during demolition (see attached tree protection plan). 7. Install temporary 6’ chainlink security fencing around perimeter of demolition. 8.
