Camera Procurement, Installation and Off-Site Monitoring Service for Residential Apartment Complexes. Question Deadline 11/01/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Camera Procurement Supply high-definition, weather-resistant, IP-based surveillance cameras, including any necessary accessories. Cameras must support both day and night vision (infrared capabilities) and include pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) functions where required. Minimum resolution: 1080p for fixed and PTZ cameras. Cameras should integrate with a cloud-based video management system (VMS) or network video recorder (NVR) system. A site map of each property and camera locations will be required for approval before procuring the system. The Authority is requesting proposals to provide: procurement and installation of cameras at 15 apartment complexes with off-site monitoring and talk-down capabilities. Cameras should be cloud based and allow access to the feed from anywhere, such as on a mobile phone or desktop. Monitoring will be overnight, 365 days a week between 10 pm and 6 am. The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed Agreement including the identified scope of work. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the Authority. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Services sought under this Request for Proposals ("RFP") are set forth in more detail in the Scope of Services Section, incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the inclusion of such Services in the Scope of Services Section, the final scope of Services negotiated between Authority and the successful Proposer shall be set forth in the Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") executed by and between Authority and the successful Proposer. A copy of the Agreement is attached and incorporated herein by this reference. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Unless otherwise provided in the Instructions for Bidders, each Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code in the following classification(s) throughout the time it submits its Bid and for the duration of the Contract: C-7, Low Wattage pre bid meeting notes. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting will ensure the Proposer understands the full scope of the Services requested.
