RFQ Contractor - Site Works - Miscellaneous Excavation & Backfill - Prequalification Package 1058 PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid on Site Works - Miscellaneous Excavation and Backfill Works of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This prequalification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the prequalified Bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The Successful Bidder will be required to enter a Stipulated Price Subcontract contract with the Construction Manager. This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase.
