Reference number: 20024667 Deadline for receipt of complaints - 2024-10-31 Electronic tender submission accepted - Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) - 12 As part of the Jean-Talon Building workplace modernization project, the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (hereinafter referred to as MCE) is acquiring current, ergonomic, standardized furniture. The MCE hereby invites suppliers to tender for the supply and installation of collaborative office furniture. The aim is to fit out around 33 collaborative workspaces. All of the furniture to be acquired will be part of a collaborative work environment. It includes the following items Meeting tables; Coffee tables Side tables; Round tables; Single and double counters. The supplier must refer to the tender schedule in Appendix 3 for the quantities of each item as well as the details related to the six (6) delivery phases. Delivery schedule Delivery and installation of items shall be scheduled in six (6) separate phases. The dates shall be specified and confirmed to the supplier twelve (12) weeks in advance, in writing, by the MCE. By way of indication, the approximate dates scheduled for the completion of these phases are described below, as well as in the price schedule available in Appendix 3. Phase 1: End of February 2025. Phase 2: Early March 2025. Phase 3: Mid-March 2025. Phase 4: May 2025. Phase 5: June 2025. Phase 6: September 2025.
