RFQ Contractor - Site Works - Miscellaneous Excavation & Backfill - Prequalification Package 1058 PCL\ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM), is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to prequalify to bid on Site Works - Miscellaneous Excavation and Backfill Works of the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The project is located at 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This prequalification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the prequalified Bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work.
