Renovation of the Warren Grove Fire Company, Block 1m Lot 12, 1475 Main Street for the Township of Stafford General Description of the Project: The Project Consists of the Following: Alteration and Additions to the Warren Grove Fire House Consisting of All Labor, Materials and Equipment Necessary to Demolish a Portion of the Existing Building and Construction of a New 2,500 Sf Pre-engineered Metal Building Including All Electrical, Mechanical and Site Work Modifications as Specified Herein and Shown on the Contract Drawings for a Complete Project. Bid Security: Bid Security is Required in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid, but Not in Excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) as Set Forth in N.j.s.a. 40a:11-21. Certificate From a Surety Company is Required Indicating Consent to Be Bound as Surety and Guarantor for Performance Required Under the Contract Documents. Required Bidder Information Can Be Found in the Bid Documents. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27. Question Deadline 10/25/2024 No oral interpretation and or clarification ofthe meaning ofthe specifications for any goods and services will be made to any bidder. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Lead Agency's representative stipulated in the specification.
