Renovation of a residential development in Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade residential development.
The work under the Contract consists of: Scraping peeling and/or chipping paint, repairing/replacing rotted and/or deteriorated wood that is beyond repair with PVC, prime and repainting exterior wood trim on five (5) existing 2-story buildings. 1. Installation: For existing wood trim that is rotted and/or deteriorated beyond repair, the contractor shall furnish and install new PVC trim. (i) Caulk and seal all joints and seams. 2. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities Scrape peeling and/or chipping paint, repair/replace rotted and/or deteriorated wood that is beyond repair with PVC, prime and repaint exterior wood trim on five existing 2-story buildings. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
