In general, the work of this project includes the installation of 660 LF +/- of crushed stone sidewalk, associated landscape restoration, trail resurfacing, environmental protection, and safety controls for pedestrian management. Work for this project is anticipated to begin on or about April 1, 2025. Project funding requires all work to be completed by May 30, 2025. Contract Documents will also be available for viewing at the Salisbury Planning Department at the address stated above. This project is subject to the schedule of state prevailing wage rates. All questions by prospective Bidders as to the interpretation of the Contact Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Town and shall be in their possession by 12:00 PM, March 14, 2025. The Town will then email or fax, to Bidders who have taken out the Contract Documents, at the addresses given by them, not less than five (5) calendar days before said date, interpretations of all questions so raised which, in their opinion, required interpretation. Oral or telephone interpretations will not be generally made, and if made, shall be strictly informal and not legally valid or binding.
