Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lannon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Lannon (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Whispering Ridge Well House Upgrades and Lannon SCADA System Upgrades The Project includes the following Work: 1. Upgrades to the electrical distribution system at Whispering Ridge Well House. 2. Upgrades to Lannon's supervisory control and data acquisition system to allow monitoring of two well houses, three lift stations, and a metering manhole via cellular telemetry. 3. Installation of an OWNER-purchased generator. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. The Strand Associates, Inc.(R) project manager is Matthew J.
