Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lannon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.
Bids are requested for the construction of Bonnie Lane Reconstruction and Joeck's Park Path. The project consists of an asphaltic surface path and 1,950 linear feet of rural road reconstruction, including 600 linear feet of cross culvert and driveway culvert replacements, 1,920 linear feet of water main extension, and 20 water services. Bids will be received and accepted online only via QuestCDN.com, and all bidders must obtain the bidding documents from QuestCDN.com and be recorded as a plan holder. Bids not from plan holders may be considered nonresponsive. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the maximum bid price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any technicality, and accept any bid deemed advantageous. Contract award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
