Project Description: Upgrade the VAVs and controls for the SLCC LHM Campus, including the PSET, Dorm, and MCPC buildings. The campus head-end controls were recently updated to the Johnson Controls FX System. All work will be performed in occupied buildings, which must maintain their set points. This requires that all controls and mechanical work occur simultaneously to ensure the system runs smoothly, avoiding any disruption to building occupants. Construction Cost Estimate: $1,480,050.00.
