Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fillmore, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Location: Fillmore, Ut North Park (450 N 100 E) and East Ridge Estates The Work Includes Forming and Pouring Curb and Gutter, and Forming and Pouring 5-foot Sidewalk and a Concrete Slab That Will Tie Into the Sidewalk. Fillmore City Public Works Will Remove and Haul Away Existing Sidewalk and Curb and Gutter. Contractor Will Be Responsible for Labor and Materials. Dowling Will Be Required on Sidewalk That is Tied to Curb and Gutter. Contractor Will Also Be Responsible to Sawcut Asphalt to Make Room for Curb and Gutter Forms. City Crew Will Install Asphalt Tie-ins. Fillmore City is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Contractors to Install Curb and Gutter and Sidewalk and Concrete Slab. (180 Feet of Curb and Gutter, 280 Feet of Sidewalk, Slab to Measured and Figured Out by Contractor). Bidders Should Direct Questions Regarding the Proposed Project to the Fillmore City, Noted Above. It is Recommended That Bidders Contact Matt Haupt for Additional Details. The Owner Hereby Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals Presented, to Waive Any Informality in a Bid, and to Make Award or Refuse in the Interest of the Owner. Contractor Should Be Licensed and Insured With Fillmore City. Project Contract Time: All Proposed Work Contained in the Contract Documents Shall Be Completed No Later Than November 22, 2024.
