Fillmore City is soliciting bids to conduct a chip seal for various existing city streets within the city. The work will include furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for construction for the above project; consisting of the following items of work: mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance; removal of all dirt, debris and vegetation on all roadways designated to be chip sealed; installation of chip seal coat materials and all appurtenant work in accordance with the specifications provided by the city. The city anticipates applying a chip seal to 104,150 square yards of existing city streets.
