Questions Due Date: Mar 2nd 2026, 12:30 PM MST The scope of work involves the Fillmore City Cemetery Booster Pump Skid Upgrade. Submissions are due to 75 West Center, Fillmore, UT 84631. There is a 1GB limit on a single file upload for submissions. Responses must be directed to the designated individual or office as outlined in the solicitation document. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the entire solicitation to comply with all requirements. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Fillmore City is replacing an existing pump skid (two 5 HP pumps) with a pump skid consisting of two 10 HP pumps. Cost proposals must include equipment, installation, and start-up. The city will take care of SCADA programming once pumps are installed. Below are the required design parameters: o Available Power: o Single Phase 208/230 V. Phase conversion to occur in Pump VFD panels. No phase converters or additional VFDs allowed. Phase Tech VFDs not allowed. o Existing Pipe Size: o 4" Ductile Iron o Required Flow Rate o 90 GPM @ 220 ft TDH (each pump) o 12.04 ft Net Positive Suction Head Available PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Bidders should direct questions regarding the proposed project to the Owner's Contact, noted above.
