Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Italy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 19, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 13, 2024. Water Cooling Tower Replacement A Bidder's Bond, or a Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Italy, Texas. This project is located at the City of Italy, Texas Water Treatment Plant The project consists of removing, haul off and disposal of the existing Fluid Cooler Unit and replacement with proposed Stainless Steel Fluid Cooler Unit with copper coils on existing concrete foundation. Installation of the proposed Fluid Cooler Unit shall be per the plans and specifications and include hauling, transportation, installation, labor and materials to connect into existing system and make operable. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. The City of Italy reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
