12kv Infrastructure Replacement Contractors' License Classification. The District requires that Bidders possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time that the Contract for the Work is awarded: C-10 Electrical. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall pay not less than the applicable prevailing wage rate for the classification(s) of labor provided by their respective workers. During the Work, the Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") will monitor compliance with prevailing wage rate requirements and enforce the Contractor's prevailing wage rate obligations. Substantial Completion of the Work shall be achieved as set forth in the Contract Documents; Liquidated Damages will be assessed for delayed Substantial Completion.
