For furnishing the City of Redding a statement of qualification and interest for On-Call Electrical Equipment Repair Services, per specifications and general conditions. Bid date notes : The original statement of qualification and interest (unbound, paper) proposal, three (3) complete copies, and a USB/Flash drive with an exact PDF copy of the proposal in a sealed box or envelope clearly marked with the proposer s name and proposal schedule number 5540 shall be submitted. In a separate sealed envelope provide one (1) set of the Labor and Material MarkUp Rate Sheet(s). The cut-off date and time for receiving questions regarding this proposal is 5:00 p.m. PT, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. All inquiries must be made in writing and may be submitted to the email address shown below. A Bid Bond or Bid Security will not be required for submission. The Payment Bond (Material and Labor Bond) shall be for not less than 100 percent of the annual contract price ($60,000.00) The Performance Bond shall be for 100 percent of the annual contract price ($60,000.00) to guarantee faithful performance of all work A Contractors C-10, or applicable license, is required. Intent to Award Notifications December 9, 2024 (Est) Begin Contract January 1, 2025 (Est) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any non-material irregularities or information in any proposal, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items
