Site work for a mixed-use development in Redding, California. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; and road / highway.
Supplying and installing new and refreshing current road and pavement markings on-site at Redding Power Plant; 17120 Clear Creek Rd. Redding, CA 96001. The work performed under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor (at prevailing wage rate), materials, applicable taxes, and equipment necessary to perform pavement marking placement. Current markings that will be refreshed (removal is not necessary) include 1 EA Stop Bar and Legend 750 SF of White Crosshatch All other lines and markings will be new. Work will take place during contiguous work days (if more than one day is needed) at a date mutually agreed upon between the City and Contractor, contingent on weather conditions. The City intends to perform the work between the date of bid/quote closing and March 31, 2025. If the contractor offers a seasonal or off-season discount, please ensure the submitted pricing is indicative of the proposed date range. The City of Redding reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, in part or in their entirety. In addition, the City will award any resulting purchase order in a manner consistent with the City Purchasing Ordinance.
