Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Alma, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,350-square-foot, one-story above grade library; library; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

In general, the project consists of construction of a new library in Alma, WI. Work includes but is not limited to; cast-in-place concrete, masonry, misc. steel, rough carpentry, structural insulated panels, heavy timber framing, architectural casework, finish carpentry, foam-in-place insulation, composite wall panels, TPO roofing, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum entrances, glazing, gyp board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, soft flooring, painting, visual display units, signage, toilet accessories, fireplaces, library specialties, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, structured cabling, AV systems, fire alarm, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete curb & gutter, landscaping, landscaping maintenance, seeding, and site utilities. Project Overview A. Scope Of Work: Construction of a new library with geothermal system, solar panels, and associated site work. B. The project is being bid as a single general construction contract. C. Documents are in one drawings volume, and two spec volumes. D. General Contractor will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond E. The project has received funding from the U.S. Department of Treasury's Capital Project Fund through a grant awarded to the City of Fennimore from the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration Flexible Facilities Program (FFP). Following their process during construction is required. F. Fair labor practices and wage standards apply to the project due to FFP Funding & payroll reports are required for all construction workers. G. The project is subject to federal and state equal opportunity provisions. H. Affirmative Action Plans may be required, depending on company particulars (this will be in addendum). I. Read 00 50 01 - Wisconsin Flexible Facilities Program (FFP) Project Contract Terms & Conditions for Prime Contractors and Subcontractors. J. FFP Grant Funding has schedule requirements that MUST be met: 1. Begin Construction: 1 July 2025. This start date refers to site mobilization. 2. Complete Construction Activities: 30 September 2026. No construction expenses can be incurred after this date.
