PROJECT 1: Laue Street from Hwy 35, approximately 650' in length by 27 feet wide. PROJECT 2: North 2nd Street - Cedar Street North to dead end approximately three tenths of a mile by 28 feet wide. PROJECT 3: Riverview Drive from Hwy 35 north to Hwy 37, approximately 1.6 miles by 15 feet wide. PROJECT 4: Vista Drive from Riverview Drive, approximately six tenths of a mile by 16' wide. All bids should include the following: oThoroughly clean the existing surface with a self-propelled broom. oApply 340 degree PG58-28 5% cutback oil by a full-width spray distributor. oApply cover aggregate uniformly over surface with full-width self-propelled chip spreader. oRoll with two pneumatic-tired rollers. Application: Single seal and Double seal Liquid Asphalt: PG58-28 W 5% Cutback. Aggregate: 3/8" Washed fractured black granite chip. Cost should include pothole patching. As an option list the cost to vacuum up excess aggregate chips. Bids will be opened and read aloud and recommendations by the committee will then be forwarded to the Council for action on February 13, 2025. Material must meet State of Wisconsin Standards Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction. *It is not anticipated that Prevailing Wages will apply for this project.
