Project Description: the Project Consists of Installing a Segmental Retaining Wall, Approximately Area 3,538 Square Feet Approximate Length 444'-0" Average Height 7'-0" Max Height 16'-0" Max Grid Length 11'-0" Average Grid Length 6'-0" Block Type - Everloc 81 of Geogrid Type - Gridmaxx 270 the New Segmental Retaining Wall Will Be Located Behind the Existing Retaining Wall. Contractor is Responsible for Providing All Materials Required to Complete the Project. Contractor Shall Remove and Salvage the Existing Chain Link Fencing. Install Approximately 444'-0' of New 6'-0" High Chain Link Fencing. The Contractor is to Be Responsible for Removing All Unsuitable Soil (Material) From the Site. All New Stone Shall Be Compacted and Tested. Contractor Shall Include in the Bid the Engineer Design Cost to Design the Segmental Retaining Wall Drawings. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to visually inspect the conditions and constraints associated with the Scope of Work A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Successful bidders will be required to submit background data on all personal performing work on Greene County School property. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County School System. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
