The scope of work is for Cured In Place Pipe installation and necessary manhole repairs in the following segments of the Ashland collection system with ESTIMATED quantities of ancillary repairs and services as shown in the bid documents. The segments include; US-23 Winchester Ave, 17th Street, Ackley Ave, Dixon St, 17th St (Greenup Alley), Lawrence-Elliott St, Pollard Rd, Ackley Ave - Storm, Boone St, Coburn Ave, Carter Ave, Blackburn Ave, Maryland Pkwy, Madge St, Charles-Mason Ave, Crooks St, E. Euclid Ave, and 40th St. During regular office hours or telephone (606) 385-3332. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
