Pheasant Run Park Improvements The project includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following: Base Bid o Temporary Facilities including fencing, construction staging area, watering, access, etc o Demolition and Removal o Earthwork o Site Preparation o Protection of Existing Trees o Erosion & Sedimentation Control o Concrete Flatwork o Concrete Parking, Striping, Signage, & Asphalt Patching o Play Equipment, Play Surfacing, & Drainage o Site Furnishings o Sod and Soil Preparation o Irrigation Revisions Bid Alternate 1 o Solar Security Light and Footing This project provides improvements primarily located at the southwest side of Pheasant Run Park. Improvements include: life cycle replacement of the existing playground with accessibility for 2 - 12 year old children, seating, security lighting upgrade,10' wide accessible concrete walkway and parking spaces to connect the playground to the parking lot. In addition, a 10' wide concrete walkway connection will be provided from the existing walkway along Pheasant Run Parkway to the playground. Irrigation modifications will be made to accommodate the new playground improvements with measures to protect and preserve existing mature trees. The estimated cost for this project is from $773,000.00 to $854,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
