The well is to be installed at the Shaw Creek Rest Area located at 25313 US-160 in South Fork, Colorado (see attached figure). The well will replace the current on-site well used to supply domestic water (i.e. sinks, toilets) at the facility. The current well, license # 31138 (WDID 2014467), is to be abandoned following completion of the replacement well. The well replacement is in conjunction with a construction project that will update the rest area facilities.
