City of Crystal City Jefferson County, Missouri Regional Storm Water Improvements General Notice City of Crystal City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Regional Storm Water Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Regional Stormwater detention basins at the following locations: o James Hardie Plant Site: Construction of two detention basins for water quality and storm detention, hydrodynamic separator, 72" and 36" RCP conveyance pipe, and storm outfall structure. o Lucas Lake Site: Construction of two storm water detention basins with hydrodynamic separator and outfall structure, 36" RCP conveyance pipe, and water quality basin with hydrodynamic separator and outfall structure. o Airport Road South Site: Construction of detention basin for water quality and storm detention, two collector pools, 36" RCP to 60" RCP conveyance, asphalt access road, and storm outfall structure. o William Road Site: Construction of south stormwater detention basin, hydrodynamic separators, culvert closure structure, culvert outfall with flap gate, 36" RCP conveyance pipe and storm outfall structure; construction of north storm water detention basin, hydrodynamic separator, 24" RCP conveyance pipe and storm outfall structure. o Airport Road Water Quality: Installation of BMPs along Airport Road including bioswales inside existing ditches. o Mercy Hospital Sites: o Industrial Drive Site: Construction of detention basin for water quality and storm water detention, 36" RCP conveyance pipe, and storm outfall structure. o Hwy 61 Site: Construction of storm water detention basin, hydrodynamic separator, 36" storm sewer, and storm outfall structure. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
