Site work for a water / sewer project in Crystal City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of February 18, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The scope of work includes lining existing storm sewer pipe with the following approximate quantities: 691 linear feet of 36 diameter CMP pipe, 444 linear feet of 24 diameter CMP pipe, 315 linear feet of 18 diameter CMP pipe, and installation of two new manholes. Lining shall be cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) using a resin-impregnated fiberfelt tube. The work includes cleaning and video inspection of the sanitary sewer pipe before lining. Other required tasks are traffic control, restoration, and all other incidental items and work as described in the drawings, specifications, and/or other contract documents, or as reasonably inferable from them. The City anticipates issuing a Notice to Proceed once grant approval is received from the CDBG program, with the anticipated start date in January of 2026. No written questions after this date or any verbal questions will be recognized. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. What is the estimated construction budget- $300,000 - $400,000.
