Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Crystal City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 192-square-foot water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install a prefabricated shed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and City requirements. This structure will be used to house booster pumps, which are critical to the City's water system. The contractor shall maintain continuous operation of these pumps during construction. Structure: Prefabricated wood-framed gable shed Size: 12' x 16' Location: North Booster Tank Pump House, Stahl Drive Use: Booster pump housing / Public Works operations. The scope of work includes: A. Site preparation B. Removal of the existing 10' x 12' metal shed C. Temporary high voltage electric to maintain pump operation during construction D. Foundation installation E. Assembly of the prefabricated shed kit F. Roof system installation G. Installation of doors, windows, and hardware H. Finishes I. Cleanup Bidders must have a valid business license, provide proof of insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 general liability coverage, comply with all codes, and experience with prefab structures and active utilities is preferred. Bid submissions should include a lump sum bid, project timeline, proof of insurance, and qualifications. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award in its best interest. The successful bidder may be required to provide performance and payment bonds.
