Windermere Street, Littleton, CO 80120 Question Deadline 11/01/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Phase 1 improvements to Cornerstone Park will include demolition of existing gravel parking lot, construction of new asphalt parking lot and access road (including concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and parking lot lighting), grading and stormwater quality infrastructure, tree removal, landscape installation and seeding/sodding. Each Bidder shall file with their Bid a cashier's check, or a Bid Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond guaranteeing faithful performance. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
