Reference Number 0000368351 Delivery Point: County Plaza Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Purpose Statement: To repair and recoat perimeter roofs at Plaza. 1610 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120;1690 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120;1790 W Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120 Contractors who fail to arrive at the meeting point prior to the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. Please allow adequate time for this process and do not bring any weapons or contraband into the facility as you will not be allowed into the facility. Scope Of Work: Wash: Wash existing roof surface per manufacturer specifications. Detail: Apply seam seal flashing resin to all seams and penetrations. If seam is loose or disbanding include fabric reinforcement for added fortification. Make any necessary repairs to existing EPDM (patch holes, open flashings, etc.) in preparation of new coating. Roof Coating: Apply white silicone waterproof roof coating. Walking Pads: Install silicone-based coating with texture for non-skid finish. Coating can be walked on in all areas; this is simply for a dedicated path to control wear and tear in heavy traffic areas. New walking pads to match existing layout unless otherwise specified.
