Reference Number 0000365523 Purchase Type: Term: 01/03/2025 02:00 AM EST - 12/26/2025 02:00 AM EST The City of Central City, Colorado, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide weekly cleaning services for City Hall, located at 141 Nevada Street. The objective is to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff and visitors. The contract will be awarded based on the attached contract document and will be for a period of January 3 2025 to December 26 2025, with an option for renewal. Question Deadline 11/04/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Scope of Services: A detailed cleaning of the five (5) bathrooms and kitchen area, Dusting, vacuuming and trash removal for the entire building, Restocking toilet paper, paper towels as needed in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The City will provide the cleaning supplies and restocking materials (inclusive of paper goods) at City's cost during the term of the agreement. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities in the proposals, and to re-advertise for proposals if desired. After considering all proposals and information City of Central Request for Proposal provided during the application process, the City may select the contractor it deems most advantageous to the City based on the needs and desires of the City.
