The undersigned shall receive sealed bids for the provision of services to the County of Warren as follows: ROUTINE PUMPING, CLEANING AND DISPOSAL FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS Bids which are not directly obtained from either source may be refused. Please note, County mail is picked up from the Lake George Post Office each weekday morning. Bids delivered to said post office on the afternoon of bid opening day will not be received until the following day and will be considered late. Please account for this if using the USPS. FedEx and UPS deliver directly to the Municipal Center. All bids must be submitted on proper bid proposal forms. Any changes to the original bid documents are grounds for immediate disqualification. Late bids by mail, courier or in person will be refused. Warren County will not accept any bid or proposal which is not delivered to Purchasing by the time indicated on the time stamp in the Purchasing Department Office. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
