The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston (CHA) will receive Sealed Bids for Lawn and Grounds Care and Maintenance at Various AMP 30 Sites Question Deadline 10/28/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions or requests for clarification should be sent in to pwaring@chacity.org. Acceptance of this contract will obligate the contractor and subcontractors to comply with local, state, and federal employment and business practices and regulations. The Contractors and Subcontractors must comply with the current HUD Maintenance Wage Rate Determination and Section 3 Provisions of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Minority and women-owned businesses, veteran owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to respond. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities, cancel this solicitation, re-advertise it, reject any and all bids, retain Bid packages submitted, and use any idea in a package regardless of whether the package is selected in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
