The City of Douglass Hills is seeking bids for the construction of a concrete pad and installation of shade structures at its public pool. Project Summary: The City of Douglass Hills, Kentucky is requesting proposals from bidders for the following two projects at its swimming pool located at 501 Gatehouse Lane: Excavate, construct and finish a concrete pad, including retaining walls, sidewalk, storm pipe, paving and other items specified in the attached Plans and supply and install a shade structure on the pad for the use of Douglass Hills public swimming pool patrons. The shade-structure proposed must be of high quality to withstand continuous use in a public swimming pool facility for many years. All manufacturer specifications for the structure shall be submitted with the proposal, along with all warranties.
