Milford Road Question Deadline 11/19/2024 at 9:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online Yes Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The DDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive or modify proposal requirements, waive informalities, allow correction of errors or omissions, negotiate individually with one or more proponents, request supplemental bids and/or additional information, and to select and award a contract to a qualified contractor as determined by the DDA, in its discretion, to be in the best interest of the DDA considering all factors. The DDA reserves the right to rebid the project or not to select a contractor.
