Renovation of a municipal facility in Indio, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Windows and Framing Replacement Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid. This IFB is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements. additional sitevisit note: All prospective bidders must sign-in prior to the start time of the walk-through. Late sign-ins will not be accepted. Bidders that arrive after the walk-through start time will not be allowed to sign-in. No bid will be considered from a Contractor that did not sign-in at the mandatory walk-through. As a courtesy, please email Karen Mejia at Facilities801@chp.ca.gov to confirm your plans to attend this walk-through. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Indio Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Windows and Framing Replacement Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor State License Board (CSLB) Requirement: C-17, Glazing Contractor license. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate and submit prior to the execution of contract. 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Indio Area office 79-650 Varner Road Indio, CA 92203 3. The services shall be provided during: Dates and times to be mutually agreed upon between CHP Project Representative and Contractor.
